Our apartment is located 300 meters from Albufeira's Party Strip! During high season it can get loud outside. Occasionally, a less caring neighbour may also decide to celebrate the summer. While we and the condominium rules strightly prohibit parties, we are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional external party.

The oceanfront apartment is in a private building, located just 100 meters from Albufeira's famous Oura Beach and 300 meters from the party Strip. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM and other entertainment surrounding the Strip are available within minutes.
We strongly advise you to rent a car or a scooter. Parking is free in our garage (spots aren't reserved). Public transportation is in general very limited.
Smoking only outside! Portugal has hot and humid climate. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, you may encounter mosquitoes, lovebugs or other insects. While we do our best to prevent it, we are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional insect that may make it inside our apartment. Kindly keep the doors and windows closed, as well as dispose the trash and store food in a responsible manner.
